Return & Refund Policy

At VanAdvance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (applies only for regular products, for personalized products please see Personalized Products section).

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition;

  • be returned in its original packaging;

  • include proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Return requests must be approved before the item is shipped back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at atelier@vanadvance.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Personalized Products

Personalized or custom-made products (including engraved cutting boards) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.

Due to the custom nature of personalized and engraved products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were made according to the customer's specifications, including personalized names, dates, messages, designs, or other custom details.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization details provided. Orders are produced exactly according to the information submitted by the customer.

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled information provided by the customer, including incorrect names, dates, wording, or other personalization details.

If your order contains a manufacturing error, damage, or a mistake made by us, please contact us and we will be happy to review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at atelier@vanadvance.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products, including engraved cutting boards, as permitted by applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
