All orders are processed within 3–15 business days after payment is received.

During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we will notify you.

We currently ship to:

  • Lithuania

  • European Union countries

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lithuania

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Estimated cost: €2.99 – €4.99

European Union

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 business days

  • Estimated cost: €9.99 – €14.99

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services, peak periods, or customs procedures.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For EU orders, no additional customs duties are typically applied.

However, for certain destinations or special cases, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or fees required by local authorities.

8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

9. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection from a pickup point, we may contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
